The start of my experience happened in mid October. My car was hit and I chose to bring my car to Auto Nation Ford Burleson, instead of my normal body shop, because I also had a recall and warranty work that needed to be done. When we arrived at Auto Nation to put my car into the shop, we explained to RG, who works with the collision department, what was going on and that we needed the body repairs done first and if, only if, they could also do the warranty and recall work while I was in my rental. I wanted to kill two birds with one stone, but I knew I was on a timeline with the rental. RG stated that it wouldn't be a problem and we left the shop. So, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and had not heard a word by Friday, so I called to get an update from Anthony. He stated that my car was almost complete with the recall and warranty work, which was not supposed to happen first. Finally, that Monday (6 days after drop off) the body shop, in Arlington, finally received my car. Dawn, at Auto Nation Arlington was very helpful in many of the issues I had with the insurance and rental car companies. A couple of days after being at the body shop, my insurance company told me that they would no longer be paying for my rental since it sat in Burleson for 6 days. Dawn, advised me to stay in my rental and assured me that everything would be taken care of. On November 3rd, I finally get my car back. I dropped it off in Burleson on October 17th. The body work looked great and I greatly appreciate the work they did on my front bumper. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, my car started making the same noises as before. My father-in-law was with me, and he went inside to complain. They had no loner cars, so I had to drive a car, that was in the shop for 6 days, and the problem was not even solved. On November 9, I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they had just closed out my account and my credit card was going to be charged $408.10. I was assured that my rental was going to be taken care of, and it was not. So, I have been in contact wit Conrad, in Arlington, to get these issues taken care of. The issues are still pending, but he has been in contact with me and ensuring that these issues will be resolved. Regarding my car not being serviced properly, my father-in-law spoke with Brandon Young who said I would be priority to be taken care of as soon as possible. My father spoke with him on Friday, November 17th and said that I should expect a call on November the 20th. I never heard a word and I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Mr. Young explained that it was a miscommunication and ensured that they wold get me in on Monady, November 27th. I was able to get my car back to Auto Nation that Monday and they gave me a very nice loaner car, which I greatly appreciate. Joey, was very helpful and nice. I had received 2 letters in the mail once dealing with the exhaust and the other about fixing my window panel that was lifting. I asked Joey if they could complete these while my car was in the shop. He said they would. I get a call 2 days later saying that my car was ready. He said the problem had been solved and that my recall was taken care of, but that they were not able to fix my window panel because they did not have the "special tool to fix it. So, why did they send me a letter if they can't fix it? I picked up my car the next day and everything seemed to be taken care of, other than the paneling. Today, Friday, December 1, my car made a couple of popping sounds. It wasn't to the extreme as before, but there is still something wrong. So, in short, the staff that work there are all very nice, but the communication between everyone is terrible and apparently vehicles are not serviced here properly, or maybe it was just my car. I really hope that I am compensated the money that was lost, but at this rate, I am not sure I will see a penny of it. But, I can assure that I will NEVER bring my car back here for servicing of any sort. I will also advise my family and friends to do the same.
